Tenant Only Find – one off fee of £299.00 + VAT, includes, visit to the property to conduct a market appraisal, marketing of the property via several advertising avenues, arrange and conduct viewings, reference and vetting of tenants, preparation of Tenancy agreement, collection and deposit of the bond and first months rent and issuing relevant notices. Money’s from the tenant would be paid direct to the landlord from there on.
We can also arrange for the following:
- Gas certificate - From £65.00 + VAT
- EPC - £55.00 + VAT
- Electrical certificate - From £90.00 + VAT
Tenant would then be in direct contact with the Landlord for any maintenance issues
This is recommended for Professional Landlords, who like to deal with the day to day running of their properties, the hands on landlord.
Full Property Management – fixed fees
Rent per calendar month:
- Up to £500 a month £40 + VAT a month
- Up to £600 a month £50 + VAT a month
- Up to £700 a month £60 + VAT a month
- Up to £800 a month £70 + VAT a month
- Up to £900 a month £80 + VAT a month
- Up to £1,000 a month £90 + VAT a month
- Over £1,000 a month £100 + VAT a month
- Arrangement fee to the Landlord - £100.00 – this includes, marketing of the property, preparation of the tenancy agreement, referencing of the tenants of your behalf, periodic inspections of the property, we will agree with you a budget for any maintenance issues within the course of the tenancy, all maintenance issues will be dealt with by third party contractors.“

Legal Action – should it be necessary to evict your tenant we will prepare and serve notice on your tenant, instruction of the Solicitor, liaising with the court and all association costs will be the responsibility of the landlord.
